How does it work ?


We are the employer of your babysitter. As such, we do all the paperwork (work contract, payslips, insurance).

1. Contacting a LIBERT'HOME advisor

Contact with our customer advisors can be made by mail or by phone. Once we have identified your specific requirements we can begin to match you with one of our babysitters.

2. Presentation of babysitters

Our LIBERT’HOME HR team will select a babysitter according to your needs and those of your children. Then we will arrange a home visit to allow you and your children to meet them. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with our initial selection, LIBERT’HOME will provide you with up to three babysitters.

3. Administrative support

After you have approved one of our babysitters, LIBERT’HOME manages all the paperwork. The service start as soon as you like. An employment contract will be sent to you by mail. Please return the completed contract to the following address: 52 rue Gabriel Peri 92130 Issy Les Moulineaux.

4. Quality of service check:

After your first experience with one of our babysitters, LIBERT’HOME contacts you to check you were happy with the service. We remain at your disposal for any questions, comments or specific requests.
